"Clouds are back" — Offer terms

The offer. Place an order of AED 750 or more on muneeraskin.com between 13.09.2026 and 13.10.2026 and we'll tuck a plush cloud keychain into your parcel, on us. One cloud per order.

What counts towards AED 750. The value of products in your cart after any discount codes, promotions or store credit have been applied, and before shipping. Gift cards purchased do not count; gift cards redeemed do.

How you get it. No code needed. If your order qualifies, the cloud is added automatically at checkout and appears on your order confirmation. If it isn't showing, check the threshold after your discounts — that's usually the reason. Still stuck? Write to hello@muneeraskin.com before you complete the order and we'll sort it.

While they last. The cloud is a limited edition and the offer ends when they're gone, even if that happens before end date. We'll update this page and remove the checkout gift when that moment comes; orders placed after that will not receive one.

Returns and exchanges. If you return part of an order and the remaining value falls below AED 750, the cloud is part of the return. If you keep it, its value of AED 75 will be deducted from your refund. The cloud itself is a gift and can't be exchanged or returned for cash or credit.

Not stackable. The cloud can't be combined with other gift-with-purchase offers running at the same time. Discount codes are fine — they simply reduce the amount that counts towards the threshold.

Small print, kept short. The cloud is a keyring accessory, not a toy, and is not suitable for children under three. Colours in photos and illustrations are as accurate as screens allow. Muneeraskin LLC may amend or end this offer at any time; changes will be posted here and will not affect orders already confirmed. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE.
