Recipe Corner: Summer Tart with Cherries or Wild Blueberries
Celebrate the bounty of the season with this rustic yet elegant tart — easy to make, hard to resist.
Ingredients:

1 ready-made tart crust ( take french)

300g Philadelphia cheese
-
40 g icing sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 cup wild blueberries or fresh cherries (pitted)

A sprinkle of lemon zest
-
1 egg yolk
- Optional: crushed pistachios for crunch or almond flakes
Method:

Place tart crust in a baking pan. ( we used ceramic pan)

Mix cheese, sugar, yolk and vanilla into a creamy base.

Spread onto crust and top with cherries or blueberries.

Add zest and crushed nuts for color and texture.

Chill before slicing. Enjoy with iced jasmine tea.
