Mature Skin
Mature skin changes slower cell turnover, reduced collagen and elastin, drier texture, and the appearance of fine lines, deeper folds and loss of firmness. None of this is failure; it's biology. But the right routine softens the visible signs significantly. The structure that works: gentle creamy cleansing, an antioxidant serum in the morning (vitamin C remains the gold standard), a peptide or growth factor serum at night, retinol introduced gradually 2–3 times weekly, and a richer moisturizer with ceramides. Hydration matters more than ever - dehydrated skin shows lines more readily. Daily SPF is non-negotiable.
