• Standard Orders: Processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Pre-Order Items: For orders containing pre-order products, please allow up to 14 business days for processing before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, expected delivery times are:

• UAE: 2–5 business days

• GCC Countries: 3–7 business days

• International Shipping: Delivery time varies by destination country and may be affected by customs, courier delays, or unforeseen events.

Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 Shipping Fees

• UAE Orders under AED 250: AED 25 flat rate

• UAE Orders AED 250 and above: Free shipping

• International & GCC Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Shipping costs are based on the subtotal after discounts or special promotions are applied.

• In rare cases where shipping to a specific country is not possible due to customs, legal restrictions, or logistic issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the entire order once all products are available. For faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
