Shipping policy

Shipping timings depends from location and stock availability. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Orders take 24-48 hours to process( when order will be shipped , you will receive a confirmation letter with track number).  Delivery approximately takes from 2 to 5 working days.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following working day. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day. Ground shipping for orders up to 500 AED is 25 AED. Ground shipping is free with orders over 500 AED.  Shipping based on subtotal after transaction discounts and special promotions.
