Tendresse de Soie means silk tenderness, which is a fair summary of what dry skin is asking for.

This is a light daily cream for the external intimate area, made to help skin that feels dry feel soft, moisturised and comfortable again. The formula is built around moisture-binding ingredients: hyaluronic acid, saccharide isomerate, which holds water in the upper layers of the skin, and a xylitol-based hydration complex designed to mimic the skin’s own moisture system. Shea butter and beta-glucan add softness. 98% of the ingredients are of natural origin.

The texture is light and silky. It melts in quickly and leaves no heavy or sticky feeling, just skin that feels calmer and more supple. The scent is delicate and close to the skin.

How It Feels

A light cream rather than a rich one, closer in texture to a face moisturiser than a body lotion. It spreads easily and absorbs within a minute, leaving the skin soft rather than coated.

How to USE

Apply a small amount to the external intimate area after cleansing, morning and evening.

It can also be used at any other point in the day when you want it. The formula is light enough that there is no reason to ration it to bedtime.

A small amount is genuinely enough. This is a 30ml tube and a pea-sized quantity covers the area.

If you are also using the Mousse de Soie cleanser, the order is cleanse, dry gently, then apply. Applying to slightly damp skin helps the humectants work, so there is no need to dry thoroughly.

Several ordinary things. What is saccharide isomerate?

A plant-derived hydrating ingredient that binds to the skin rather than sitting on the surface, which means it holds moisture for considerably longer than a conventional humectant. It works alongside hyaluronic acid and shea butter in this formula.

Can it be used during menopause?

It is a cosmetic moisturiser designed for exactly this kind of dryness, and many women use products of this type through hormonal change. If dryness is persistent or uncomfortable, speak to your doctor, since hormonal dryness sometimes needs more than a cosmetic product.

Should it be used with the cleanser?

They were designed to work together. Cleanse with Mousse de Soie, then apply the cream. Using a moisturiser after washing with ordinary alkaline soap gives a less good result, because the soap has already disrupted what the cream is trying to support.

Is it greasy?

No. It is a light cream built on esters rather than heavy oils, and it absorbs within about a minute leaving no residue.

Is it fragranced?

Yes, lightly, and it contains listed fragrance allergens. If your skin is very reactive or you have been advised to avoid fragrance in this area, an unscented formula would be the better choice.
